1. Local Delivery
Free Local Delivery for order over HKD800
For order under HKD800, HKD70 for shipping charges will apply.
The Company could deliver to most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories
Most delivery will be arranged in 3-4 working days once the order is confirmed.
2. Customs and Tariffs

Customers bear responsibility for any customs duties or tariffs imposed. Refusal of shipments due to assessed duties may lead to account cancellation.
3. Delivery Address

4. Delivery Guarantees
We provide assured delivery services. In the event of a lost or missing package, we will offer a refund or reshipment at our discretion. If a package is confiscated by local customs due to non-compliance, we retain the right to decide on appropriate compensation. Repeated incidents may result in account termination.
