Customs & Duties Issue
1. Ensure compliance with your local regulations prior to ordering. All items will be declared accurately, including correct description, value, and origin. To prevent customs issues, we recommend consulting your local customs authorities to confirm import eligibility for our products.
2. Customs authorities may impose duties and tariffs on tobacco products, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Only order from us if you acknowledge potential charges and are willing to accept them. Refusal of packages due to assessed duties will result in account termination.
Shipping and Refund Issue
1. We assure reliable delivery. Should your package be lost or misplaced during transit, we will offer a refund or reshipment at our discretion. However, each claim marks your account, and suspected fraudulent claims may lead to account closure, with a report filed to the local postal inspector.
2. For items delivered damaged or moldy, we will provide a solution to fully compensate you, including partial credit, partial refund, or a full refund upon box return. If you request the box to stay sealed, we cannot check it before shipping, and we may not be accountable for its condition upon arrival.
3. Customers may return a complete box at any time, without explanation, provided they give advance notice and submit a clear photo of the cigars’ condition. A full refund will be processed once the box reaches our warehouse.
4. Refunds will not be granted for variations in taste, draw, construction, or aroma, as cigars are crafted from natural leaves, and differences between boxes are normal.
5. We are not liable for non-deliveries due to incorrect addresses or package refusals due to duties, leading to confiscation.
6. Casa Havanna holds the exclusive and final authority in resolving all disputes.
Others - IMPORTANT
1. We retain the authority to cancel any order without providing a reason.
2. We are not obligated to honor obviously erroneous prices on mailers or the storefront due to human mistakes.
3. Misuse of single-use promotion codes will result in account termination.
4. Fraudulent chargeback submissions will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
5. By accessing this site, you agree that only Hong Kong S.A.R. jurisdiction applies to any disputes or legal actions involving iHavanas or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or parent company.
6. By using this site, you consent to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts and forfeit the right to initiate civil proceedings in another location.
7. By placing an order, you confirm your understanding of local customs regulations and certify that your order complies.
8. By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs excise duties may apply to your order and accept full responsibility for payment.
9. By placing an order, you recognize that all products originate from a bonded warehouse and are exempt from excise duties in any jurisdiction.
10. Some regions require specific health warning stickers; it is your duty to inform us of your needs before ordering, or products may not comply with local laws.
11. We will never undervalue or misdeclare consignments—please do not request this.
